With temperatures predicted to be in the 80’s this weekend here in New York City, we thought we’d share this bright and refreshing beer cocktail that’s just perfect for a hot day.
Victory at Sea
makes 1 drink
1 1/2 oz rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters
1 bar spoon / teaspoon simple syrup
Lemon, for garnish
Add the rum, lime juice, and bitters to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass with ice and top with the Saison. Garnish with a lemon and serve.
